Good morning everyone. I want to take a moment to tell everyone my motivation. There are so many issues facing our city, I have heard from some of you about the things that matter, and I want to encourage you to come to the city council meetings and workshops every Tuesday, at 630 pm. Also, go to the city website, where there is the agenda materials and schedule. GET INVOLVED, VOTE, that is how to make a difference and be heard. At every meeting, there is a section of time set aside for citizens to speak to council regarding issues they are concerned or have questions about. This is CRITICAL for bringing your ideas, thoughts, and voice in front of our local government! That is my motivation, to give the people access to our local government so they can be heard and make a difference.
